His cooperation on my effort has been greatly appreciated. Pete patiently answered numerous questions and without his help I am afraid that sugarmtn would be rather incomplete. Although currently out-of-print, I consider his book to be the definitive source on Neil Young's concert performances and recommend it to all fans. Ghosts On The Road was initially released in 1996, with an expanded second edition released in 2007.
